Mark as Useful caller called and let it ring 3 times and then hung up. Upon a phone number look up, this is a number that has been calling many people and then hanging up and there is not call back.

Mark as Useful I get calls from this number early in the morning and late at night. I am unable to get anyone when I call it back to ask them to remove my number from their calling list. Looked up the number and it belongs to BCR Collections.

Mark as Useful Called me at the same time (3:00), every day Monday-Friday for a week until I answered the phone on Friday. Then they hung up. This is kind if annoying.

Mark as Useful Calls multiple times a day and doesn't leave a message. When I tried to call back-it either says "All circuits are busy. Try again later" or I get a busy signal. I've yet to actually answer the phone.
